Our cancellation policies are necessary to protect our family business from lost business and revenue.


Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours.

If you cancel your riding session/show entry within this period, you will not receive a refund or credit. The same thing applies if you wish to move the session within 48 hours of your booking taking place.

If you wish to cancel or move/change outside of this 48hr period you will be refunded in credit, this will be placed on your account.

Credit On Account Policy

Credit held on account is non refundable. These can be used to purchase gift vouchers.


Pony Party Cancellation/Refund Policy 

• We do not refund no shows or a change in number of the total children booked to ride. 

• 3-6 months before the date of the event 

• 2-3 months before the date of the event 50% refund 

Please note the above have a £25 admin fee applied. 

• No refund. Less than 2 months before the date of the event 


We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to our policies.
