Cancellation & Refund Policies

Our cancellation policies are necessary to protect our family business from lost bookings and revenue.

Riding Sessions & Show Entries

Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours.

  • If you cancel a riding session or show entry within 48 hours of the booking, no refund or credit will be issued.
  • The same policy applies if you wish to move or reschedule a booking within 48 hours of the session taking place.
  • If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before the booking, the amount paid will be issued as credit on your account.

Courses & Holiday Activities

All courses and holiday activities are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.


Credit on Account Policy

Any credit held on account is non-refundable.

Account credit may be used towards future bookings or the purchase of gift vouchers.


Pony Party Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for no-shows or for reductions in the number of children attending after a booking has been confirmed.
  • Booked party ‘bubbles’ may be increased with sufficient notice, subject to availability.
  • Reductions in the booked party ‘bubble’ size will not result in a refund or credit.

Party Refund Schedule

  • 3–6 months before the event date: Full refund available
  • 2–3 months before the event date: 50% refund available
  • Less than 2 months before the event date: No refund available

Please note that all refunds under this policy are subject to a £25 administration fee.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not adhere to our policies and procedures.

 

 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Mount Mascal Stables is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
